Stephen and Jeanette bought their property in 2007 during their first visit to Puglia and the Ceglie Messapica area. They wanted somewhere they could relax and spend time together away from their busy professional lives.
Trulli Floriana has exceeded their expectations, the completion of the beautiful swimming pool transforming what was a comfortable well-equipped Trulli into a truly luxurious home from home.
Work and other commitments prevent them from spending as much time there as they would like, a situation which will be resolved by retirement!
They try and view the property afresh every visit, thinking about what discerning holiday makers would require, never taking the property and surrounding gardens for granted. To this end they have embarked on a policy of continuous improvement, based on their own ideas and feedback from friends, family and most importantly guests.
When not relaxing at the property they enjoy sampling the local restaurants, and shopping in the market, buying fresh local produce, almost always cooked in the outside wood burning oven, just as an Italian family would...
The property is managed by Martin and Sharron of Under The Sun Property Management who will be on hand to assist you from your initial enquiry, right the way through to checking out to return home. They ensure it is in pristine condition for your arrival, and to take the stress out of finding a country property in a foreign land, will meet you at an easy to find location and lead you in.
They will be happy to answer any questions you have and share their local knowledge with you and are always available by phone during your stay should you need them.
